Alchemist Ability Score Question

Does anyone know if there is a way to make PF Alchemist key off of Cha instead of Int?

there are VERY few ways to change your casting stat in pathfinder. i think only the witch can switch to Con and that is about it. But you can always just ask your DM if you can do it

There are also a couple of options for Sorcerors. But yeah, I can't think of any for Alchemists either.

There is a third party feat that allows any class to change their casting ability to any mental stat. I can't remember the name, but it's on PFSRD. I'm guessing most GMs will not allow it.
