Background-I've been meaning to do this for a while now, but have had a busy schedule lately. Still, the return of the forums is as good a time as any for a new brew. Basically, as everyone knows, the Wilder is effectively the Sorcerer of Psionics. I have also found it very weird that the arcane spellcasting class, the sorcerer, gets to use spells to power his Draconic Heritage abilities for his psionic dragon ancestry. Combine these two, and you have a set of feats that allow Wilders to get in on the Draconic Heritage game for psionic dragons.

Fluff: True dragons are often associated with arcane magic, and their descendants, especially Sorcerers show this affinity in spades, having magical talent in spades. However, not all dragons wield arcane magic. The gem dragons are almost living incarnations of psionics, using the power of their mind almost as an instinct. They too have descendants amongst other races, but theirs take a path aside from the sorcerer. Born with a plethora of psionic potential but with little instruction other than vague instinct how to wield it, these descendants go wild with their abilities, wielding them not as a learned technique as most psionics users do, but as a vague instinct carried in their blood. These descendants become Wilders, wielding vast psionic might with little more than instinct and whim, and if they desire, may learn to tap into the gifts of their draconic ancestry just as well as their arcane spellcasting counterparts can.

Psionic Draconic Heritage[Draconic]
Prerequisites: Wilder 1
Benefit:You are a bastion of psionic power due to your Gem Dragon ancestry, and have learned how to tap into the powers of your dragon ancestors. This feat grants the same benefits as the Draconic Heritage feat and counts as it for meeting feat and prestige class prerequisites, except for as follows:

You must select a gem dragon as your dragon ancestor
When using [Draconic] feats, you may count manifesting a power as manifesting a spell(ex. A Wilder with Psionic Draconic Heritage[Sapphire] manifests Wall of Ectoplasm(a 4th level power). Any [Draconic] feats they have that activate when a spell is cast activate, and count as though they had cast a 4th level spell for any effects of spell level, like say Draconic Armor(so DR 2/magic) for a round))
An augmented power counts as a spell of level equal to ((number of power points spent +1)/2)(rounded down), for the purpose of any [Draconic] feat effects that depend on the level of spell being "cast"
For feats that require the sacrifice of a spell slot, the Wilder may spend power points to count as having expended a spell slot. The Wilder must expend a number of power points equal to ((spell slot level x 2) -1).(Ex. A Wilder could expend 9 power points to count as having expended a 5th level spell slot, as (5 x 2) -1 = 9)

Amethyst Dragon Lineage[Draconic]
Prerequisites: Psionic Draconic Heritage(Amethyst), Wilder Level 3rd
Benefit: You can crystallize psionic energy into an explosive crystal gem, akin to an ability your draconic ancestor had. As a standard action, you may expend power points to form an explosive crystal gem and hurl it. The gem may target any enemy within 5 ft per two power points spent on it, and the enemy must make a Reflex Save(DC = 10 + your Charisma modifier + 1/2 number of power points spent) and deals 1d6 bludgeoning damage per power point spent. It also affects all within 5 ft per three power points spent on it. You may not spend more power points activating this feat than is equal to your manifester level, but may augment this feat with Wild Surge as though it were a power(which allows for extra power points).

Crystal Dragon Lineage[Draconic]
Prerequisites: Psionic Draconic Heritage(Crystal), Wilder level 3rd
Benefit: By focusing as a move action, you may expend power points to form a protective coating of crystal scales that can blind your enemies with dazzling light. The scales grant you a natural armor bonus equal to half the number of power points spent on forming it. Additionally, if there is any source of light nearby, all within line of sight are blinded for 1 round + 1 round per five power points spent forming the scales. Any who come into line of sight of you while this feat's ability is activated suffer similarly. This lasts for 1 round per power point spent. You may not spend more power points activating this feat than is equal to your manifester level, but may augment this feat with Wild Surge as though it were a power(which allows for extra power points). Multiple uses of this feat do not stack.

Emerald Dragon Lineage[Draconic]
Prerequisites: Psionic Draconic Heritage(Emerald), Wilder level 3rd
Benefit: By investing psionic energy in yourself, you enhance the ability of foresight given to you by your draconic ancestor. By expending power points as a swift action, you grant yourself an insight bonus to your AC and Reflex saves equal to one-third the number of power points you spent activating this feat. This bonus to AC remains, although is halved(rounded up) when you are flat-footed. This feat's benefit lasts for 10 minutes per power point invested in activating this feat. You may not spend more power points activating this feat than is equal to your manifester level, but may augment this feat with Wild Surge as though it were a power(which allows for extra power points). Multiple uses of this feat do not stack.

Ectoplasmic Draconic Lineage[Draconic]
Prerequisites: Psionic Draconic Heritage(Ectoplasmic), Wilder level 3rd
Benefit: Ectoplasmic dragons are highly mentally unstable creatures, known to attack at random, and decide whether or not to randomly defend themselves. You, as a descendant of these dragons, have found yourself of a similar temperament and know how to invest your psionic energy so that your ability to do as you please in that regard is enhanced. You may invest power points in this feat as a swift action. When activating this feat, you choose whether to activate defense mode or offense mode.

Defense Mode: You sheathe yourself in an ectoplasmic shell that causes you to more closely resemble a humanoid version of your draconic ancestor, and protects you well. You gain a natural armor bonus to AC equal to half the number of power points invested in this feat, temporary hit points equal to the number of power points invested in this feat, and also gain a bonus to Fortitude saves equal to one-third the number of power points invested in this feat.

Offense Mode: You coat your weapons in ectoplasm, making them larger and packing more of a punch. All weapons you attack with are treated as one size larger per four power points invested in this feat, and if you are attacking with your unarmed strike, you may deal damage with it as per a monk of level equal to your manifester level. If you already can deal damage as per a monk of level equal to or greater than your manifester level, you may automatically treat your unarmed strike as one size larger before any augmentation of this feat begins. Also, at one point while this ability is activated, you may whip yourself into an odd, psychotic frenzy, over the oddest of things. This acts as a barbarian's ferocity (https://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/we/20070228a), except that the duration keys off of your Charisma modifier instead of your Constitution modifier, sickened is postponed until this feat's effect ends, the effect ends prematurely if this feat's duration expiresand requires you to focus all of your attacks on one specific target for its duration. Also, when choosing to use this particular ability, you must name something random or odd you dislike about the opponent you choose.

This feat's effects last for a number of rounds equal to the number of power points invested in this feat. You may not spend more power points activating this feat than is equal to your manifester level, but may augment this feat with Wild Surge as though it were a power(which allows for extra power points). Multiple uses of this feat do not stack.

Obsidian Dragon Lineage[Draconic]
Prerequisites: Psionic Draconic Heritage(Obsidian), Wilder Level 3rd
Benefit: You learn how to harden yourself to protect yourself and channel the literal flame and fury lying within you, mimicking your draconic ancestor. As a swift action, you may expend power points to unleash your true draconic nature for a moment, unleashing heat and causing your skin to harden and blacken in a manner that makes it appear to be a spiky obsidian hide. You gain a natural armor bonus equal to half the number of power points invested in this feat, and gain fire resistance equal to (or if you already have fire resistance, improve your existing fire resistance by) 3 x the number of power points invested in this feat. If this would raise your fire resistance above 50, you instead gain fire immunity for the duration of this feat's effect. Additionally, any enemy attacking you with a melee attack takes damage equal to half the number of power points invested in this feat's activation, the damage being half fire and half slashing. This feat's effect lasts for a number of rounds equal to one fourth the number of power points spend to activate it + your Charisma modifier. You may not spend more power points activating this feat than is equal to your manifester level, but may augment this feat with Wild Surge as though it were a power(which allows for extra power points). Multiple uses of this feat at the same time do not stack.

Sapphire Dragon Lineage[Draconic]
Prerequisites: Psionic Draconic Heritage(Sapphire), Wilder Level 3rd
Benefit: Sapphire dragons are viewed as one of the most antisocial creatures to exist, preferring all others to leave them alone, and also have an affinity for the earth. You, as a descendant of one of these dragons, have learned to channel psionic energy into the earth to force others away. By expending power points as a full-round action, you may cause a ripple from within the earth that causes the earth to push away everyone near you. This has the following effects:

You initiate a bull rush and charge against everyone within range
This feat's ability affects everyone within 5 feet of your per three power points spent
You do not actually move for the bull rush and charge, and may subsitute your Charisma modifier for your Strength modifier for the bull rush check and your attack roll for the charge
Despite not actually moving, you may still move back enemies hit by your bull rush, and may furthermore treat your base land speed as being 5 ft per Draconic feat you have higher than it is for the purposes of the maximum distance you may push back an enemy, although you may not push them back further than 5 feet per two power points spent activating this feat.
You may treat yourself as being one size larger per four power points spent on activating this feat for the bull rush check
All enemies hit by this feat's effect take 1d6 bludgeoning damage per two power points spent

After this attack is made, some of your affinity with the earth lingers for a bit. You may Spider Climb, as per the spell, on any stone or other earthen surface, for a number of rounds equal to the number of Draconic Feats you have after using this feat. You may not spend more power points activating this feat than is equal to your manifester level, but may augment this feat with Wild Surge as though it were a power(which allows for extra power points).

Topaz Dragon Lineage[Draconic]
Prerequisites: Psionic Draconic Heritage(Topaz), Wilder Level 3rd
Benefit: Topaz dragons have the ability to manipulate weather, as well as destroy large bodies of water. By narrowly focusing and channeling your psionic energies, you may manipulate the very air in ways that destroys the water in people's bodies. You may do so in a manner that is similar to the Control Air power, except is as follows:

There is no limit to how many additional power points you may expend to augment the power, although the augmentation changes to 10 mph in additional wind speed change per two additional power points spent
Each creature hit by this effect takes damage equal to (half the number of power points invested + your Charisma modifier, rounded down) for each minute they are affected, with creatures with the [Water] subtype taking double damage
The duration is equal to 1 minute per power point spent
You do not need to concentrate in order for its effect to take place

You may not spend more power points activating this feat than is equal to your manifester level, but may augment this feat with Wild Surge as though it were a power(which allows for extra power points). Multiple uses of this feat at the same time do not stack.

Draconic Surge[Draconic]
Prerequisites: Psionic Draconic Heritage(any), Wilder level 9th, Any Dragon Lineage feat
Benefit: You are adept at unleashing the draconic power lying within you. When using Wild Surge to augment your Dragon Lineage feat, you may reduce the chance of psychic enervation by 5% per [Draconic] feat you have, to a minimum of 5%. Alternatively, you may choose to instead have the normal chance of psychic enervation when using Wild Surge to augment your Dragon Lineage feat, but instead not be dazed in the chance of psychic enervation and have the number of power points lost be reduced by an amount equal to the number of [Draconic] feats you have.

Well, that's all for now. Please feel free to leave comments and PEACH.
