Dose any one have a Handbook for Bard ACFs?
Also is there away without taking 1 level of Sorc to change the damage of Dragonfire Insperation while being a silverbrow human? Or does they fact that it's heritage is sliver dragon count?

Bard Handbook (http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?topic=8284.0) has sections for ACFs and racial substitution levels.

You can take the feat Dragontouched from Dragon Magic and it qualifies you for Draconic Heritage without Sorcerer levels. You could instead get one level of Sorcerer with the Dragonblood Sorcerer 1 substitution level in Races of the Dragon to get Draconic Heritage instead of a familiar. That also lets you use Wands of spells like Nerveskitter, Command Undead, and Wings of Cover. Being a Silverbrow Human isn't enough to change its damage type by itself.

You can also get Dragontouched from a 1-level dip into Dragonfire Adept.

If you're going to do that, then you may as well just dip Dragonblood Sorcerer instead to get Draconic Heritage for free.
