Gaze Attack Monsters

So upon getting a copy of the Dragon Compendium i saw the feat Heads Up, which looks hilarious.

Does anyone have a list or a place where i can easily get access to a list of monsters that have a Gaze attack?

or does anyone have an especially fun way of making this feat even more fun/useful?

Gentle Repose (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/gentleRepose.htm) should be able to prolong the amount of time you can use this, and can be cast repeatedly on the same target. Unguent of Timelessness (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/wondrousItems.htm#unguentofTimelessness) would prolong it to a year, and following that with a Gentle Repose would prolong it by a year per caster level. Totally worth spending a feat on if you can carry around a bag of heads.

I don't think this should cost a feat, and would see if the GM would let me do it for free. I don't recall seeing "Heads Up" in Athena's statblock.
