It's pretty common knowledge that a Pyrokineticist's Fire Lash ability is a bit of an oddball, mostly due to this wording (emphasis mine).
A pyro can take Weapon Focus and Weapon Specialization (if she otherwise meets the prerequisites) in conjunction with the fire lash, as well as any feats that apply to the use of a standard whip.
That's kind of a big bag of worms when you get to some feats. It could easily be argued that a psychic warrior/pyro couldn't use the Graft Weapon power with fire lash because the lash isn't a weapon. What if, for example, a Wilder/Pyro grabs Graft weapon using Expanded Knowledge? By the criteria included above, it should be a viable combo now. The ability comes from a feat and is usable in conjunction with a standard whip. You can now deliver touch attack powers/spells via the fire lash.
Barring common sense, is there a RAW reason this doesn't work?
