Maximising social interactions

So, I have a lvl 6 PC wizard, that is a di_ck. In short, that is best description of this guy, he is a cooperative member of the group, but despises non-casters, commoners, non-humans, you name it. His CHA is 6.

Now after seeing this presents a problem for him, he decided to fix problems - the arcane way. Charm person for starters, but where to gro from here? Or before that? What are some good spells/feats to make the NPCs dance as he wants? Mind Rape being the last stage.

There's always Crushing Despair and Tasha's Hideous Laughter. Maybe research a mass version of laughter and become a comedy magician.
