Spellthief + Spell Storing weapon

So I asked once if a Spellthief could scribe scroll with a spell he stole, and the answer was no because he only gets the spell for a period of time. However, could he put it in a spell storing weapon?

As long as the spell being cast was valid to be put in the spell storing weapon, then yes.

You can do the same with a spell storing ring.

I think the point of scribe scroll which invalidates spell thief stolen spells is the fact the spell is gone in 1 hour, and that you would need to have 8 hours of access to the spell, and actually cast it once (once you cast the spell you lose access to it).
