Where is ancestral weapon, or do you mean ancestral relic?

If you mean Ancestral Relic, I'm pretty sure anything stacks with it, provided you adhere to the rules on enhancement value of magic items generally.
AR is basically just a means to get an enhanceable piece of gear without having to go out and get it crafted specifically. It's a nice way to bypass the magic-mart, and a good source of cheese for Wizards and other staff-casters.

Also, what do you mean by stacking? Do you mean: can an Ancestral Relic be further enhanced?

Further enhance

The AR feat does not prohibit one from further enhancing said item.
ETA: The reasons for my questions is because there is a D&D wiki spell called Ancestral Weapon. I feel dirty now. I need to go take a shower. ;)
