So focused specialist wizard incantatrix red wizard loses five of the seven schools of magic. How do I get the last two? Can I somehow get divination and universal as well?

Essentially, can I somehow get rid of all the wizard's spellcasting abilities through building him stupidly? I want to build a commoner 20 that has a wizard chassis.

Wizard of High Sorcery from Dragonlance will nail another one, dependent on your alignment.

You could make sure your Intelligence score is less than 10.

I once had a DM who let me take the Restricted Sorcery flaw (Dragon #327) three times, to ban everything but Conjuration, Divination, and Universal. But that's not in accordance with RAW.

The changeling double specialist allows you to ban an extra school of magic to specialize in both illusion and transmutation. Combine that with focused specialist and red wizard (which is five schools banned out of eight). IIRC, there's at least one, maybe two, more ways to ban schools of magic. Isn't there a Rashemen PrC that lets you ban another school?

Several solutions

Play a commoner and call yourself a Wizard.
Play a regular Wizard and refuse to learn any non-divination spells.
Take the Spontaneous Divination ACF and become blind.

Mongoose publishing's Quintessential Wizard has an ACF Summoner, buffs summoned creatures for banning an additional school
So take focused speacialist conjuror, you ban 3 schools(illusion, enchantment, evocation), number 4(necromancy) from the Summoner ACF, number 5(transmutation) from incantrix, and number 6(diviniation) from redwizard(does not say you cant ban diviniation)
That leaves you with abjuration and conjuration leaving you with dual speacialization

I know a lot of GMs will ignore fluff requirements, but I think even they would avoiding allowing things where one's fluff prohibits the other.

Incantatrix (https://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ex/20010803) lets you bar another school and isn't Rashemen specific to my knowledge. Should be taken before Red Wizard so you can use that to ban Abjuration.

Don't see anything to the contrary and it's never been mentioned the times I've this question been asked if it existed.
