I am currently working on a build that utilizes level 7 of mind mage to reduce a 9th level spell down to 0th level, which requires a manifester level of at least 64 manifester levels, reducing it to a 1st level spell slot, and using sanctum spell to make the effective level 0.
the current build I have gets a manifester/caster level of 91, but it requires the DM to rule in your favor in a few iffy spots.
so, how high can you get your manifester level by 20th level, assuming you use 7 levels of mind mage, 2 levels of chameleon, and wizard 1 + precocious apprentice?
