Spell Book for Scrolls

So my friend was talking about a Magic Item that's a Spellbook that holds a number of Scrolls and the book itself counts as one Magic Item so it can fit inside Caster Gloves but I have no idea what book it's in or if it's even a real thing

Can someone help me?
