Gloom from ELH Stat anomaly

Fellow super-nerds, ill keep it short. What is the +12 insight bonus on gloom from the ELH coming from? Is it based or derived from something? Yuck.

It just does *shrug* They'll usually give it an explicit special quality to justify things like that, but there's no requirement that they do so. Mechanically, it's there so it'll have a somewhat decent AC bonus and not have to shove a ton of Natural Armor onto a creature where that doesn't make sense.
