Does Dragonborn retain racial LA? [Answered]

Question in the OP.

Dragonborn has an explicit list of what it retains from the previous creature. That list does not include LA and removes most racial traits.

Would a Dragonborn Goliath be LA+1 or LA+0 by RAW?
Would a Dragonborn Half Minotaur Water Orc be LA+1 or LA+0 by RAW?

where are you reading this? because in my copy of Races of the Dragon, level adjustment of your original race is explicitly kept...

Mine says the same, though it is an understandable house rule if your losing what causes the LA such as a really cool SLA or something.

It's right there in the mechanics of rebirth section between Favored Class and Other Racial Traits.

Level Adjustment: You retain your original level adjustment.
