[Xerillum]

Mortus appears hovering in the center of the arena, ten feet above the ground.

[Kyrian]

Kyrian steps in and looks around with a laugh.

[Chaotic Bob]

The dvati twins wander in, looking around curiously.
Why are we here again?
I have no idea, lets go sit in that corner.
They go and sit at the edge of the arena waiting for something to happen.

[Xerillum]

Don LaFontaine pops out of the spacetime continuum and into the announcer seat. In one cornerrr, Mortus!! and in the other corner... The twins, Terre and Tirre! Let's get ready to rrrrruuuummmmble!

he then pops back out of existence. Mortus shifts near the twins and attacks with his vorpal scythe.

[Kyrian]

Kyrian still stands in the middle of the arena laughing.

[Chaotic Bob]

The twins give a rather startled look.
Wow, little warning here.
Less talky, more movee!
Terre pushes Tirre out of the way to let his incarnum armor take the blow.
Tirre rolls back to his feet and shoots several Incarnum based lightning bolts at Mortus.

[Kyrian]

Kyrian sits down in the middle of the arena.

[Castaras]

The kitten wanders in and sits next to Kyrian, purring loudly.

Mrrp?

[Xaspian]

The Pigeon flaps down, and tries to sit on Kyrian's shoulder.

Cooo...

[Castaras]

The kitten looks up at the pigeon. It seems a little annoyed, and begins mewing.

{ feline } What is that? Why was I not insulted about this?

It then sits and grumps.

[Xerillum]

Mortus swings his cloak around in a valencia and blast the bolts back.

[Castaras]

The kitten stands up and mews at Mortus. It wanders over and climbs onto Mortus' shoulder.

[Xerillum]

the kitten gets repelled by mortus's anti-cuteness.

[Castaras]

The kitten hisses, and proceeds to be un-cute and tries to bite Mortus' ankle.

[Xerillum]

it hurt it, because mortus is only bones. Mortus's toenail casts "discern gender"

[Xaspian]

The Pigeon realises that it shouldn't be here, and then never was.

[Castaras]

The spell backfires off the kitten's Defence against Gender Identification.

I.E the player doesn't know.

The kitten mews sadly, then trots back to the silent Kyrian.

[Hivemind Ghost]

Suryc walks into the arena. Thanks to it being an arena, he's allowed to be in two places at the same time, yay!

He sits down on a bench, and watchs the fight going on.

[Castaras]

The kitten gets up and leaves.

[Xerillum]

The spell reveals Mortus to be a... guy.

[Chaotic Bob]

Tirre is hit by the incarnum, but simply absorbs it. Incarnum flow around his neck and the image of two dragons wraps around and clings his throat. Tirre smiles and spits a spray of acid at Mortus.

Terre concentrates for a moment and is surrounded by a light green nimbus. He charges Mortus at incredibly fast speeds and whips out a icy burst kris, which he slashes at Mortus once within range.

[Kyrian]

Kyrian starts to build something in the middle of the arena, wondering if Mortus is too blind to realize he's there.

[Xerillum]

Mortus turns ethereal, and the attacks are blocked by a corpse that pops out of the ground. Mortus writhes, and splits into two. the two each shoot a black beam at the twins.

[Chaotic Bob]

Terre easily sidesteps the attack with his speed and pulls a scroll out of his cloak. He quickly reads it and a mage's sword appears and attacks the nearest Mortus (as a force effect it hits ethereal enemies).

Tirre's armor offers resistance to negative energy and immunity to death effects so he takes the ray without worrying too much of the consequences, while looking for something in his cloak hurriedly.

[Kyrian]

Kyrian continues to build.

[Xerillum]

The second mortus moves back into the first Mortus, the mage sword hitting the arena wall. Mortus attacks with his scythe with lightning fast blows.

[Castaras]

The kitten wanders in and tries to "Help" Kyrian. As in climbing all over it and Kyrian.

[Chaotic Bob]

((wow, we seem to have problems getting on at the same time :smallbiggrin:))
((who are you attacking with the scythe? and I assume by this that you are no longer ethereal))

Scenario A: (attack Tirre)
Mortus gets several cuts in through Tirre's armor an incarnum-based sword appears in his hands and he parries the subsequent blows. Needless to say, Tirre's bleeding a bit on the arena.
Terre rushes over with another attempt to slash Mortus with his kris.
The Mage's sword charges Mortus again.

Scenario B: (attack Terre)
Terre moves with faster speed, easily parrying all the blows, then striking back at Mortus with even faster slashes aimed at his face.
Tirre finishes rooting through his robe and pulls out a wand of cancellation and a wand of disintegration. The disintegration wand is aimed and fired at Mortus.
The Mage's sword hangs back, ready to jump in at any moment.
