two weapon fighting question.

I really hate to ask this.

Ok so I know that with two weapon fighting you get reduction on the fighting with two weapons (obviously) My question is say you have a cleric with two weapon fighting, improved two weapon, and greater two weapon fighting with a bab of 15/10/5. would the off hand attacks start at the highest attack bonus or the lowest. in other words, not adding str bonus or anything and assuming he's using two short swords, would it look like 13/8/3/13/8/3, or how would that be calculated?

You must make attacks from highest bonus to lowest bonus or in your example: 13/13/8/8/3/3.

Or as the SRD says (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/combat/actionsInCombat.htm#fullAttack):

If you get multiple attacks because your base attack bonus is high enough, you must make the attacks in order from highest bonus to lowest. If you are using two weapons, you can strike with either weapon first.
