Flame Pit?

Every time someone on this site talks about the balance of D&D 3.5 rules the threads get particularly nasty and spiteful. I was just wondering if you all were planning on installing a flame pit so that people could get their aggression out of their system before debate is joined.

This is a PG-13 forum (about) so I doubt it. Mature forums like somethingawful can have a modless subforum where people run wild, but not here.

If people's feelings are hurt by what someone says over the Internet, then there seems to be a need for some thicker skins. That said, there isn't much point to having a forum specifically for that purpose; the rules should be uniform, whatever they may be.

We have a forum for flaming, its called "The Dump". What did you say? You can't see that forum? Good.
