Ok so a ring of Book Ward grants 12 resistance to Fire and Acid damage per caster level.
Now if I buy a ring of Book Ward at level 5, and the wizard who made it was 7th because that is the lowest level possible to use Forge Ring.
Does the caster level rise with my level if its a continuous use item or does it remain 7th level forever?
