The Gods of Good and Law have come to watch a sparring match in hopes of picking a champion for their cause...

The battleground: Peaks of Mount Celestia, each combatant starts 30' from the ultimate peak, clouds begin 200' downslope (full concealment)
The stakes: Honor of the patron pantheons and glory of the Champions of Light. Battle will continue until one combatant or another is unable to fight for 10 rounds. (True Rez's will be provided by the pantheons)
The Warriors: One the East slope crouches the gargantuin Gold Dragon Paladin-Wyrm, Narbonius, clad in enchanted chain shirt larger than some villages. On the west slope...

As the gods signaled the match to begin, Narbonius touched his oversized Belt of Battle, causing two of the gems to dull. Launching himself over the ridge, he spied the much smaller warrior and swooped.

As he closed within striking distance, Time Stood Still, as even to gods had difficulty following the flurry of claw and wing... before he continued on, already turning for another pass...

Swift: Belt of Battlex6: 2 of 18 charges spent, extra standard action made available
Move: Flyby attack- I can take a standard action at any point in my 250' flight (clumsy)
Free: Arcane Strike: Burn a 9th level spell slot for +9 to hit for all attacks this round, and +9d4 to damage
Standard: Time Stands Still: Make a full attack, and then another full attack (9th level Warblade Maneuver)

JPM empowering Strike- when I hit, next spell I cast is Empowered
JPM Quickening Strike- when I hit, the next spell I cast that is 6th level or below is Quickened

Time Stop round 1:
Swift: Quickened Wall of stone (5' thick chimney, with an empty 5' square (and you) in the middle. Does not interact with you) 8x 5' cubes per level, 6 levels high (30') (Note- Good maneuverability speed is halved going up)

Standard: Wall of Stone. (Add another 30' to the chimny- it now goes 60' straight up)
Move: Circle and land at the foot of the chimney, on the other side of a 5' wall off stone (no line of effect)

Round 2:
Standard: Globe of Invulnerability
Swift: Quickened Shield (Abjurant Champion)
Move-as-swift: Activate Stance of Alacrity

Round 3:
Move as Swift: Refresh warblade maneuvers
Standard: Refresh warblade maneuvers
Swift: Activate Aura of Perfect Order stance (Master of nine: double stance)
