WARNING: THIS BUILD IS NOT TO BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY IN ANY FORM, WAY, SORT, OR ANYTHING ELSE YOU CAN THINK OF.

This build is an experiment in insanity - I tried to pull of an Encounter nova that was somewhere near "decent" and "good".

First, it is a Bard, for two reasons: the main one is the insane multiclassing. The other one is part of his crazy nova. You see, Bards have this nifty little powers called Echoing Weapon and Greater Echoing Weapon. Essentially, an extra 5d6+all modifiers... per attack.

Second, on the insane multiclassing:

He multiclasses Ranger for the off-hand weapon, mixed with Nonchalant Collapse.

Then, he multiclasses Barbarian for Hurricane of Blades.

After that, he goes for Battlemind (this makes no sense as of now, but it will make sooner) for something special with his ED.

Followed by Desert Wind Monk, with his Dilletante being Blistering Flourish, and of course Cleric because we need it for Morninglord and Radiant Advantage.

His races in Reincarnate Champion are two: Genasi (Stormsoul) and Tiefling. Tiefling has a nifty +1 to hit bonus, for sure, but that's not what we're here for.

They have this feat called "Hell's Burning Mark". What does that feat do? Enemies marked by you are vulnerable 5 fire now.

Wait, we're dealing a good deal of fire damage, on top of Battlemind's Demand...

And the fact that he does that every encounter makes it a pretty devastating Nova.

Nova'ing sequence:

Round 1:

Minor Action: Battlemind's Demand (already adjacent to target)
Minor Action (Quickened Spellcasting): Guiding Strike (applies -2 to AC)
Standard Action: Blistering Flourish
Free Action: Desert Wind Flurry of Blows

Round 2:
Minor Action: Promise of Storm
Minor Action: Echoing Weapon
Minor Action: Greater Echoing Weapon
ACTION POINT
Minor Action: Nonchallant Collapse
ACTION POINT
Standard Action: Hurricane of Blades

Damage:
Guiding Strike: 52
Blistering Flourish: 47
Desert Wind Flurry of Blows: 17
Nonchalant Collapse: 231
Hurricane of Blades: 771

Total damage: 1118

In other word, he can one-shot a level 30 solo every encounter as long as he has 2 action points. It's total TheoOp, yes, but that's because I felt like it. Heck, if he crits (we're looking at 60% of the time here with Nonchalant Collapse and Hurricane of Blades), he'll get a free MBA! Even though it's not the best MBA in the world, it's still one (it adds 235 to the build, taking its max damage to 1353)!

Echoing/Greater echoing only apply once, not to every attack.
