The best Exotic Feat Armors and Shields?

What would you say are the best Exotic Feat Armors and Shields, taking into consideration that, some PRC's can use them for free, without wasting the feat.

Battleplate is basically just Full Plate with +1 AC, and is probably your best bet. The other exotic armors provide similar levels of AC but with more annoying restrictions, because you can't let a feat for better gear be worth anything.


If you're not looking for just heavier armor, the Gnomish Twistcloth is really nice, being armor with no max dex and applying to touch AC.
