i read srd and notice there are rules for Deities in it.
is there 'any' campaige made for deitie?

Campaign setting that features players playing deities, not so much. Maybe you should run a deity game.

As for rules to play deities, that's covered pretty extensively in the 3.0 book Deities and Demigods.

BECMI had a series of Immortal (god) level adventures in a short campaign, but these mostly involved artifically depowering the Immortals to mortal levels again - which kind of ruins the whole point of having stats as an Immortal.
