Is there anyway to gain a spell-like ability if your class or race does not normally give you one?

Abilities made from psionics are Psi-like Abilities, not Spell-likes.

From what I've seen, SLAs come primarily from racial or class sources. However, there are a few other options. Some pieces of equipment can use a spell a certain number of times per day. Certain feats, such as Innate Spell or Familiar Spell, can convert a spell you can use into an SLA. Other feats, such as Aberrant Dragonmark or Least Dragonmark, can grant you an SLA right out of the gate.

But really, class and race are what does it, I find.

Be careful with SLAs though. My Archmage with Time Stop as an SLA was responsible for me getting the DMG thrown at my head in one game.
