the chart shows that a lvl X spell = 2 lvl X-2 spells. not only that, but it shows that, for example, a level 9 spell can be a 7/5/5 spell.
so does it make sense that a lvl9 could also be a 5/5/5/5 or a 7/5/3/3? I don't see an explicit rule AGAINST it. I just wanted some thoughts.
