maneuvers and manuverabilty

If am tied to a chair can I still use maneuvers and stances?

I've always figured that there are some maneuvers you can use even when you're paralyzed (Iron Heart Surge springs to mind as the most obvious one).
If you're tied up, you might be able to use the Shadow Jaunt line to get out, depending on how well it's tied. Similarly, you might be able to use one of the Burning Blade line on your hands (which count as a weapon) to burn away the ropes, depending on how well your hands are tied.
I'm sure you could use the Diamond Mind save-replacers, or any of the Iron Heart maneuvers that actually start with Iron Heart.
