Can a soulmeld be bound to 2 chakras?

Nope.


In general, you can only bind a soulmeld to the chakra it occupies.

Soulmelds are shaped to a single chakra, and thus can only be bound to a single chakra at once (Not counting the Totemist's Totem Chakra, which is a weird corner case.). That's the point of having multiple different binds, as an opportunity cost.

That's pretty much it, yeah. Totemist 11 lets you bind a soulmeld to your Totem chakra and one other chakra at the same time.

There is a feat that lets you bind two soulmelds to one chakra, and another that lets you use a magic item while a soulmeld is bound, but there is no other feat that lets you bind one soulmeld to two chakras. Further, the Totemist ability is limited - one of the two chakras must be the Totem chakra.

So... Homebrew, maybe?

I originally checked it, because after reading the responses, I figured that there was nothing actually stopping you from having the same soulmeld occupy different chakra's, but the above quote states exactly that. The previously quoted "reason" is there to prevent people from having it occupy the throat chakra and binding it to the arms, say.

Looks like a totem / other bind is exactly what the OP is looking for, so that works.
