Temple of Iames III

[Lord Iames Osari]

This appears to be a rather ordinary building that is also someone's home; nothing like the Temples of Inari or Zamrel. The main door opens into the sanctuary, which is fairly spacious, with a small altar and a modest statue of Iames on it. Behind the altar is a glowing white portal leading to Iames's planar realm. There is a single NPC here, a lantern archon named Photos who has begun taking class levels as a cleric. To one side, there is a door, which leads to the confession room, and another door leads to the study. Doors branching off from the study lead to Lyrak and Tehanu's room, the spare room, the bathroom, and the kitchen.

The Temple is warded against divination and teleportation.

Exodus continues to fly around the sanctuary as Kal finishes his prayers.

Tehanu kisses his neck, "I understand, Lover."

Good. Lyrak runs his fingers through her hair.

[Kyrian]

Exodus screeches once more as she lands on Kal's shoulder. He removes the welding goggles from his eyes and looks up at her.

[wxdruid]

"Lover, may I request something from you?"

[Lord Iames Osari]

What is it? Lyrak asks.

[wxdruid]

She buries her head against his neck and lightly grazes her teeth across his skin, "May I taste your blood again?"

[Kyrian]

Kal turns his gaze back to the altar as an armored man enters the temple.

Kal?

"Depends who's asking."

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak hesitates. Yes... if I can taste yours.

Tehanu runs her tongue over his neck, "Always"

[Kyrian]

High King on the Necromongers, that's who's asking.

Kal puts the welding goggles back over his eyes and turns around.

"Funny, you don't look like a king to me."

[Lord Iames Osari]

So don't you need your dagger?

[Kyrian]

I've been ordered by the High King to bring you back. Alive.

"I don't follow many orders."

The man ghosts over towards Kal. Exodus gives a loud screech.

Tehanu's breathing speeds up as she moves back enough to look at him. "I love you." She takes out one of her knives and looks him in the eyes.

hTehanu hides in the back away from Kal and Exodus.

I love you too.

Tehanu gently takes one of his hands and firmly grasps one finger. She pricks it with the knife and brings his finger up to her mouth. She closes her eyes as she sucks on his finger.

[Kyrian]

The man gives an evil grin as he reaches up for Exodus. With lightning speed, Kal's dagger is against the man's throat. Exodus screeches again.

"I wouldn't touch her, if you value your life."

What's wrong Kal? Scared I'll hurt your little bird?

There is a loud crack as Kal pulls the dagger back and punches the man in the face, breaking his nose. The man falls over, unconscious. Exodus hops off of Kal and lands on the back of a pew, looking around. Kal takes some rope and ties the man up, after removing all the armor.

"Something tells me Arha wouldn't mind a second captive, so I'll just leave you with Rafe."

He picks the man up and carries him over to the corner Rafe is in, where he violently tosses him down.

Lyrak reaches up with his other hand and caresses her.

Tehanu gets up into the bed next to him, not releasing his hand as she hands him the knife with her other hand.

Lyrak takes the knife and tries to prick her finger, the process made awkward by the use of only one hand.

Tehanu holds her hand very steady for him.

[Kyrian]

Kal walks back over to Exodus and she hops back up onto his shoulder with a screech.

"It's ok, Ex. You're safe."

Lyrak takes her pricked finger into his mouth, putting the knife on the bedside table.

Tehanu gently licks his finger clean and lies back on the bed as the most enjoyable sensations run through her. She smiles at Lyrak and runs her other hand over his body.

Lyrak licks her finger clean and takes it fromhis mouth. Not my thing. But I can tell that you enjoyed it. He runs a hand along her side, smiling.

"Thank you Lover, I enjoy the taste of you as much as I enjoy the feel of you." She trails her wet finger down his chest.

He slips a hand inside her dress. Well in that case, I suppose I should tell you that I'm feeling much better today...

Tehanu's smile widens, she leans forward to kiss him passionately as her hands slide under the covers.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak kisses her back with equal ardor, and the curtain falls around them.

[Kyrian]

Kal and Ex leave the temple.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu wakes up and smiles, she gently pulls Lyrak close and kisses him. She whispers, "You are the only one I love. I'll be out with the prisoners"

She gets up, puts on her black dress, finds some breakfast and goes out to sit in front of both of them. She attempts to drain a little of their strength before they wake up. She starts to eat her breakfast as she watches them.

Rafe wakes up and looks around, while the other wakes and tries to figure out how he got there.

Tehanu watches them, "I'm afraid I ate all of the breakfast again."

[Kyrian]

The new prisoner says nothing as he continues to struggle against his bonds. Rafe watches her and squirms.

The main door to the temple opens and Kal walks in, Exodus perched on his shoulder.

Tehanu chuckles, "I really do enjoy watching you squirm, really lights my fire."

She stands and walks over to Kal, "I would like to speak to you in the back?"

[Kyrian]

"Ok. Ex, watch them."

The hawk seems to nod and flies off Kal's shoulder. She lands on a rear pew and watches the two.

Tehanu leads the way into the kitchen.

[Kyrian]

Kal follows, adjusting the welding goggles as he walks.

[wxdruid]

She stops and leans against the counter, watching him, "As you have noticed, I am not the polite type of person. I would like to know why these people are coming here and attacking. I consider this my home and I do not appreciate those type of people coming here." He can tell that she wanted to use stronger words but refrained.

[Kyrian]

"It's the way of the Necromongers, the "World Enders". They come and destroy worlds, and enslave the people, turning them into more Necromongers."

[wxdruid]

"How many will come? Are they after you in particular? If so, why?"

[Kyrian]

"If I'm correct, soon all of them will come. As for me? Yes and no. They'd still have come here even if I wasn't around, but they look for me as well. I'm the last of my race, and apparently their history says that only one of my people can kill their high king."

[wxdruid]

"How many is all? 5, 10, 100, 1000, millions? What would you like to gain from our prisoners?"

[Kyrian]

"Wish I could answer that question Arha, but I'm not sure. More than 100, that's about all I know."

He looks back out towards the sanctuary, then turns back to Tehanu and shifts the goggles a little.

"I want to know where they plan to land their Necropolis."

[wxdruid]

Tehanu smiles, "Their Necropolis being what?"

[Kyrian]

"A massive structure. And their home city, if you will. It has the power to end worlds."

[wxdruid]

"Do you have any objection to me questioning them, using my methods or Lyrak using his methods?"

"I have no objection to you hitting them to silence them or to keep them bound and inside the Temple."

[Kyrian]

Kal nods. "You may question them anyway you see fit."

[wxdruid]

"They will not receive any food for the next two days, they may have bowls of water. I will ask that you take care of their personal needs. When I ask them questions, you will not answer for them. If you think of anything you would like asked, please let me know. They will be separated and removed from the sanctuary. I know that Lyrak does not want the people that come here to have to look at them. The question is where to put them."

[Kyrian]

Kal nods at the instructions, and thinks.

[wxdruid]

"One of them can go out back."

[Kyrian]

Kal nods, thinking Rafe to be the perfect candidate for that.

[wxdruid]

"Of course he will be silent out there..... The other one, will go in the storage room. Let's go clean it out."

[Kyrian]

Kal nods again and waits for Tehanu to lead the way.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu leads him to the small storage closet and starts handing things out, there isn't very much and they put it all in the kitchen in a corner.

[Kyrian]

"Do you have any preference where either one goes?"

[wxdruid]

"No, I just need them separated and unable to talk to each other."

[Kyrian]

"Rafe seems of the two to be struggling against his restraints the least now, so I suggest he get put out back?"

[wxdruid]

"That's fine with me, if you would like to lug him out back? Please put a gag on him first. I'll start handling the other one, do you know his name?"

[Kyrian]

Kal shakes his head. "Rafe's the only one I've heard give a name."

[wxdruid]

"I'll get it out of him soon enough. Go take care of Rafe." Tehanu walks out of the kitchen and over to the unnamed prisoner, she sits down in front of him.

[Kyrian]

Kal comes back out and looks at Rafe. The unnamed man struggles against the restraints as if trying to throw himself at Tehanu. Exodus gives a small screech from her perch on the pew. Rafe begins struggling and Kal punches him, knocking him out. He gags him and lifts him up, taking him outside.

Tehanu slowly smiles at the man, "There is no escape and I will enjoy this immensely."

[Kyrian]

My death will not matter. Necromongers will end this world.

[wxdruid]

"I never said anything about Death." Tehanu draws one of her daggers and idly flips it as she watches him.

[Kyrian]

He doesn't seem afraid of this.

Kal comes back in and sits in the pew Exodus is perched on.

[wxdruid]

"I'll have fun with you." She prods him with one foot, trying to drain some strength from him.

[Kyrian]

His strength is drained, and his composure remains strong.

Exodus climbs up onto Kal's shoulder, and he leaves again, seeing that Tehanu has the situation well handled.

[wxdruid]

"I always love strong men."

[Kyrian]

He says nothing.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu smiles wickedly and gets up, she takes hold of his bound arms and drags him off to the storage room, if he tries to fight she simply drains enough strength to move him without a fuss.

[Kyrian]

He doesn't fight her at all.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu dumps him in there, gets him a bowl of water and puts it within reach of his head and shuts the door on him.

She gets another bowl and takes it outside to Rafe. She sits down in front of him and smirks.

[Kyrian]

Rafe tries to remain strong as the other one, but he's already been broken by her, and there is a tiny sense of fear in his eyes.

"There is only one way you will get a drink of water. Silence, you will either be silent or you will lose your tongue. The only time you will speak is when I or Lyrak ask you a question. Nod if you understand."

[Kyrian]

He nods fearfully.

[wxdruid]

She cuts the gag off him and moves the bowl of water closer to him.

[Kyrian]

He leans down and gets a drink.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu pricks her finger and slowly brings it up to her mouth, she licks it clean. "How many are there?"

[Kyrian]

Necromongers? Thousands.

[wxdruid]

"When? and how will they come?"

[Kyrian]

Soon. They'll be bringing the Necropolis here. This world will end, and everyone will be forced to join the Necromongers.

"How soon is soon?" she drags her dagger point through the dirt, imagining it's his skin. Her inner thoughts reflect in her eyes as she watches him.

[Kyrian]

Should be any day now.

"Explain the Necropolis."

[Kyrian]

It's a massive statue like structure. Hundreds of miles tall. It is able to house all of us. There is a weapon, an ion cannon. Its power can obliterate any planet.

"Which direction will it come from? Does it float or go along the ground? What is it's exact destination?"

[Kyrian]

The sky. It'll come down from the sky somewhere in this Town and bury itself partway in the earth.

[wxdruid]

"Oh really, just a random spot in Town?"

[Kyrian]

It hasn't yet been determined where the Necropolis (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nla-klg7yyg) will land.

Tehanu smirks, "I may or may not be out later to check on you." She gets up and goes inside.

She walks into the bedroom and lies down next to Lyrak, "Lover?" and kisses him in a way that if he isn't awake he will be very shortly.

Lyrak is awake, and he kisses her back. Hello, beautiful.

"Good morning Lover," she runs her hand over his chest. "Rafe is an idiot and a weakling. He's already telling me everything, not much of a challenge. A big giant flying fortress type thing called a Necropolis is headed this way to invade Town. They just want Kal because he is supposedly the only one that can kill their king. The other one will be a bit harder. Rafe is out back, if he makes a noise I'll put his gag back on. The other one is in the storage room."

She smiles at him, "Dealing with them makes me hungry for your sweet mind and body."

[Kyrian]

Rafe starts yelling out for someone to untie him.

Tehanu leaves Lyrak with a kiss, She walks out and drains Rafe to 1 strength and tightens the gag. She goes back into Lyrak.

[Lord Iames Osari]

... Well, I know what to do about that, he smiles at her and connects their minds, sending his love for her over the link as his hands wander over her.

Tehanu smiles and passionately kisses him.

Lyrak deepens the link to connect their pleasure centers and kisses her back.

Tehanu fills her mind with her love for him and slowly slides her hands over his skin and under the covers.

The curtain falls around them.

[McBish]

Natalie comes inside and looks around a bit uncomfortably. She goes and kneels infront of the statue. "Iames, this is Natalie... I don't know if you remember me but... sorry I'm not very good at this whole praying thing. I wanted you to know that McBish died. *long pause* I'm having the funueral later today. I know he would have wanted you to come."

With a sigh she gets up. "Hope you heard that." She turns and leaves.

Mmmm... That was fantastic... as always. Lyrak kisses the back of Tehanu's neck.

Tehanu smiles, "I love you and I always strive to please you."

[Lord Iames Osari]

And you always succeed.

Tehanu chuckles, "Any thoughts on dinner?"

[Lord Iames Osari]

Hmm... chicken soup?

[wxdruid]

"Sounds good to me, nice and lickable...."

Someone likes to be naughty in the kitchen... Lyrak mutters sotto voce to the room in general.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu turns in his arms and holds down his wrists as she passionately kisses him. "I'll show you naughty, I've just begun."

Lyrak kisses her back. I thought we were going to have dinner...

[wxdruid]

"Oh we will, I know it will be delicious." Tehanu jumps off the bed and pulls on her dress.

Lyrak gets out of bed and gets dressed.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu saunters into the kitchen area.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak tries to sneak up behind her and give her a pinch.

[wxdruid]

"Well, Lover, what needs done?" as she jumps in surprise. She smiles wickedly at him.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Let me think for a moment... We'll need the pot from last time, some chicken, some onions, carrots, celery...

[wxdruid]

"That's a lot of ingredients, all of that goes into chicken soup?" She finds the pot and plops it on the stove.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak nods, creating water in the pot. We'll have to cut up the ingredients first. Oh, and we need salt. He takes out a covered bowl of salt and starts sprinkling it into the water.

[wxdruid]

"Hm, this is starting to sound better. I always like to play with knives."

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak grins. I'll let you take care of that part, then.

[wxdruid]

"Just show me what to use and what to cut up and I'll practice my skills."

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak decides that he's put in enough salt and puts the bowl away, then turns to show Tehanu the right knife and where the vegetables are kept.

She grins at him as she takes out the ones he mentioned before and starts slicing.

Lyrak selects another knife and starts cutting up the chicken.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu finishes, "What do I do with them?"

[Kyrian]

The man in the storage closet wakes up and starts quietly struggling against his ropes.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Put them in the pot, Lyrak says, demonstrating with the chicken meat.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu puts them in and then cleans the knife off. She puts it away, "Now what?"

[Kyrian]

Rafe whimpers outside and fights against his restraints.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Now I'll bring it to a boil... Lyrak concentrates; his eyes glow, and in less than half a minute, the water begins to boil, ... and let it simmer.

[wxdruid]

"Maybe I should check on the prisoners, I haven't checked on them since this morning. Will it take a few moments?"

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak nods.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu goes to the storage closet first, she opens the door with a knife in her other hand.

[Kyrian]

The man looks up at her, and says nothing.

[wxdruid]

She touches him with one finger and sneers at him as she drains his strength down until he can't fight against her.

[Kyrian]

He just watches her and doesn't even try to fight.

[wxdruid]

She leaves him in the darkness as she closes the door and rebarricades it. She walks out back and over to Rafe.

[Kyrian]

Rafe stops and watches her.

[wxdruid]

"Do you want a drink?"

[Kyrian]

Rafe nods.

[wxdruid]

She removes the gag and moves the bowl where he can reach it. Her dagger ready in her other hand.

[Kyrian]

He leans down and takes a drink.

[wxdruid]

Before he completely slacks his thirst she yanks his head back by his hair and reties the gag on him. In the process she drains his strength for the night.

[Lord Iames Osari]

It's almost ready, honey, Lyrak sends her the thought.

[Kyrian]

Rafe says nothing.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu scrapes the blade of her dagger down his cheek, I'll see you in the morning."

She checks his bonds and leaves.

She goes back inside to Lyrak and sends hTehanu out to keep an eye on Rafe for the night.

"Lover, you called?"

[Kyrian]

Rafe waits until Arha leaves before he moves his arms over his head, having already pulled both shoulders out of the sockets. With the tiny amount of strength he has in him at the moment, the pain is almost unbearable. He fights all instinct to cry out in pain.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak nods. Soup's ready.

[wxdruid]

hTehanu perches on the edge of the roof and watches Rafe silently.

"Good, I'm hungry." She gets out two bowls and spoons. She hands one set to him.

[Kyrian]

Rafe removes the gag and finishes the water. He then sits down to think.

[wxdruid]

hTehanu communicates with Tehanu

"Seems our prisoner outside likes pain, I need to retie him up. I'll be right back."

She walks out back with a dagger in one hand.

[Kyrian]

Rafe gets his feet untied and tries running.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu casually flicks the dagger at him, aiming for a quick kill.

[Kyrian]

He cries out as he stumbles first and takes the dagger in the shoulder.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak fills the bowls with soup.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu reaches him and puts one finger on him to try and drain his strength down to 1.

[Kyrian]

He struggles some, but can't do much with his arms out of their sockets. His strength is drained.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu ties him up again, she draws his arms behind his back and ties a short rope from his ankles to his wrists, making it so he can no longer stretch out without bringing himself more pain. She drags him back to his spot and stares him in the eyes, "There is no escape." She reties the gag, pulls her dagger out of his shoulder and heals him enough to prevent him from dying from blood loss. "Do you understand me?"

[Kyrian]

His eyes glare with anger as he nods.

Kal enters the sanctuary.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu stands and goes back inside to Lyrak, "I'm sorry about that Lover. I see you have dinner all ready." She sits down at the table and breathes in the aroma of chicken soup.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak sets his bowl on the table, then brings out the saltbowl again and puts it in the middle of the table. I didn't put much salt in, because I wasn't sure how much you liked. There's more there if you want it. He takes a pinch himself and stirs it in.

Tehanu tastes the soup, "I think it is very delicious, just like you."

[Kyrian]

Kal walks up to the altar as Exodus begins to fly around the sanctuary, screeching at random intervals. Kal bows his head and prays.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Lyrak smiles, blushing slightly. He lifts a spoonful to his mouth and blows on it to cool it down before eating it.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu chuckles, "I love to watch you." She slowly finishes her soup.

[Kyrian]

The tattoo on Kal's arm begins to glow as he remains in prayer.

[Lord Iames Osari]

And you are lovely to watch, Lyrak answers, also finishing.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu takes his bowl over to the sink with hers. "Now to finish what I started earlier?" as she leans back against the counter, watching him.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Go ahead. Lyrak grins, waiting.

[Kyrian]

The glowing slowly stops and Kal and Exodus leave.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu slowly smiles as she finds the silk ties she hide in the kitchen.....

She ties him to the chair and begins a night full of exquisite torture as the curtain falls.

hTehanu watches Rafe through the night from her perch on the roof.

[Kyrian]

Kal returns and falls asleep in a pew. Exodus perches on the back of the pew and watches him through the night.

Tehanu wakes up and pulls Lyrak close, she tightens her arms around him as she reviews the events of the previous evening. She inhales the scent of him and snuggles up to him, happy to be in bed with him.

[Kyrian]

Exodus gives a screech and nips Kal's ear, waking him. He looks up at her as she perches on his chest.

"You want to go out, is that it?"

She stares at him, and jumps back up on the back of the pew as Kal gets up. Jumping up onto his shoulder, they leave.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu finishes her prayers, kisses Lyrak once before she quietly gets out bed. She pulls on her dress and notes that she should get a new one before long. She walks out and eats some breakfast before she checks on the one in the storage closet. She opens the door, letting the light shine directly on him. She stares at him.

[Kyrian]

He says nothing as he returns her stare.

[wxdruid]

"I really have no need to ask you questions, the other prisoner is already answering all of my questions. You'll just stay right here." She leans forward and touches the top of his head, draining his strength. She closes the door, leaving him in the dark and rebarricades the door.

She walks out to sit in front of Rafe.

[Kyrian]

Rafe glares at her.

[wxdruid]

She calls hTehanu down to her arm and strokes her breast feathers and feeds her a dead mouse. hTehanu gulps it down and flies back up to the roof. She looks at Rafe, "You are prey, nothing else."

[Kyrian]

Rafe says nothing.

[wxdruid]

((hehe, that's cause he still has a gag))

Tehanu pushes his bowl of water towards him with one foot.

[Kyrian]

Rafe continues to glare.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu smiles, "I do so enjoy men, you all want the same thing. So easy to manipulate." She leans forward and touches his chest with one fingernail and proceeds to drain his strength, licking her lips as she feels the energy flow in.

[Kyrian]

Rafe doesn't move.

[wxdruid]

"Thirsty?" as she sits back.

[Kyrian]

Rafe closes his eyes and tries not to think about the pain his dislocated shoulders are causing.

[wxdruid]

"Maybe I'll come out and talk to you again tonight, see how busy I am. If you make one peep, the rest of your body will hurt like your shoulders do. Do I make myself clear?"

[Kyrian]

Rafe doesn't reply.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu chuckles, "I do so enjoy you, so pleasant to talk to. No rude answers or gestures. I'll talk to you later...." She gets up and leaves him. hTehanu hops back down to the edge of the roof. She settles down to watch him.

Tehanu walks inside and back to Lyrak. She takes off her dress and slides under the covers. She wakes him up with a kiss and pulls the covers over them.

Lyrak sighs happily and buries his face in Tehanu's hair.

[wxdruid]

"Lover? I have a favor to ask."

[Lord Iames Osari]

What is it? Lyrak kisses the back of her neck.

[wxdruid]

Tehanu snuggles up comfortably next to him. "I know you have concerns about these two men we have as prisoners. I don't want to upset you, I've done the minimal necessary to keep them confined. I have been draining enough strength from them to keep them quiet and contained. The one in back though, he tried to escape the other day and dislocated his shoulders in order to do it. I threw a knife at him to stop him and healed him enough so he wouldn't bleed to death. I am asking you if you will heal his shoulders. If I do it, I lose whatever terror he has of me. I know you probably don't approve of what I've been doing. Will you forgive me if I have enjoyed it just a little bit?" Tehanu closes her eyes and waits for his answer.

Lyrak gets out of bed and gets dressed. Where are you keeping the one with the dislocated shoulders?

Tehanu enjoys watching him get dressed, "He's out back, Lover."

Lyrak goes out back, finds Rafe. You're the one with the dislocated shoulders?

Rafe doesn't make any move to respond. His shoulders look dislocated.

hTehanu watches Lyrak and Rafe from her perch on the roof.

((How is he sitting?))

This is going to hurt, Lyrak warns, kneeling down and trying to pop Rafe's shoulders back into their sockets, one arm at a time.

((No clue. *points* she tied him.))

Rafe's player returns from dinner, (:P) and Rafe closes his eyes.

As the shoulders pop back into place, Rafe still makes no motion whatsoever.

Lyrak takes Rafe's gag off. Now, are you hungry? Thirsty?

What do you think? Rafe glares.

I don't know, that's why I'm asking.

Course I'm hungry. Stupid bitch teasing with food the past two days...

[Lord Iames Osari]

I'll get you something, Lyrak tells him, then stands up and goes to the kitchen.

Kal enters the sanctuary, dressed in Necromonger armor. He wouldn't be recognized right off, but if someone's seen the Necromonger in armor (can't remember if Lyrak has or not) then they might believe Kal is one.

Tehanu stretches and gets out of bed. She gets dressed and goes into the kitchen for a snack.

[Lord Iames Osari]

In the kitchen, Lyrak cuts some slices of bread and cheese. He hears Tehanu coming in behind him. Prisoners are to be fed, Tehanu.

Kal looks around, and tests the limits of his movement with the armor on him.

I'm glad you understand. Lyrak takes the bread and cheese out to Rafe and holds a piece of bread out for Rafe to bite into.

[Kyrian]

Rafe continues to glare as he takes a bite.

Tehanu gets her own bread and cheese and waits for Lyrak to come back inside.

hTehanu continues to silently watch Rafe.

Rafe seems to calm a bit at those words.

Kal walks back to the kitchen, still wearing full Necromonger armor.

Tehanu glares at him, "Yes?"

Kal looks up and removes the Necromonger helmet, not having much use for it. "Hungry, is that ok?"

I'm Lyrak. I believe you were attacking Kal?

Tehanu points towards the bread and cheese and walks into the sanctuary to check on things.

[Kyrian]

Him, and anyone else we may.

Kal tosses the helmet aside and takes some bread and cheese back out to the sanctuary. He eats as he waits for Exodus.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Why? If he's finished with the bread, Lyrak offers him a piece of cheese.

[Kyrian]

Rafe starts in on the cheese. It's what we do.

Tehanu eats her bread and cheese as she checks everything over, she ends up in front of the statue and kneels down to ponder what to do with the prisoners.

You go around killing anyone and everyone you can?

[Kyrian]

Kal watches Tehanu out of the corner of his eye.

Lyrak sighs. I see.

[Kyrian]

We will take this planet. Not even the Furyan can save you.

Tehanu gets up finally, not having come to a decision. She walks into the kitchen and gets some bread and cheese for the prisoner in the storage room. She opens the door and sits in the doorway waiting to see if he is awake.

[Kyrian]

He looks up at Tehanu and says nothing.

[Kyrian]

Rafe sighs. Maybe you should pay more attention to the people you work with.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Even assuming you mean Kal, I still don't know what you mean. What's a Furyan?

She puts the bread near his mouth, moving her hand quickly away so he can't try and bite her.

[Kyrian]

The last of his kind. Rafe laughs. A "Dark See-er." Nothing can hide from their sight.


The man watches her, thinking she should at least be smart enough to realize it's a little difficult to bite when one has their mouth gagged.

I see. Thank you. Are you still hungry?

Tehanu puts the cheese on top of the bread and leaves him to the darkness. She rebarricades the door and goes into the study.

[Kyrian]

I'm fine.

The unnamed man realizes he's not gagged and eats.

[Lord Iames Osari]

Thirsty? Lyrak asks.

[Kyrian]

Sure. Rafe tries to shrug, but with the way he's tied, can't.

Lyrak picks up the bowl and tips it slightly for Rafe to drink from.
