Using manufactured weapons combined with natural attacks

For instance an ape picked up a club.
1.What is attack sequence for full attack? + Primary\Secondary attacks.
2.What is attack bonus for each of is attack?
Ape attack and full attack from the monster manual:
Base Attack: +3
Attack: Claws +7 melee (1d6+5)
Full Attack: 2 claws +7 melee (1d6+5) and bite +2 melee (1d6+2)

Full attack would be +7 club/+2 claw/+2 bite, assuming the ape is unable to use the claw that is holding the club. If using a mouthpick weapon, or if it was a creature without natural weapons disabled by wielding weapons, then all natural attacks would be used, each treated as a secondary attack (with a single flat -5 penalty, lessened by Multiattack etc).
