The Participants Are:
These participants are putting up all the stops. They start off independent from each other but they can gather allies. These participants, when appropriate will all fight each other. For example, it would be appropriate if a villain met a much less villainous opponent. Eventually though, after some kills or won battles, there may come a time when there are two sides where the villains match up with each other to destroy the others, and the heroes stand up to the villains.
For more scientific oriented characters, no bombing from orbit is allowed.

Wicked Witch (WOZ (Wizard of Oz), maybe other material than the WOZ film. She's a silly introduction in this match up, but her comical rediculousness might catch the more serious villains off guard).

Adam : The Creature ((Frankenstein))
The Creeper ((Jeepers Creepers))
The Red Skull ((New Marvel movies))
Buffy The Vampire Slayer (Buffy The Vampire Slayer)
Rasputin ((Russian Folklore + Real Life, I am assuming in this vs that he is immortal, and survived his assassination attempt in real life.))
Odo ((Star Trek, Deep Space Nine))
Bigy ((The Wolf Among Us))
