Dragon classes?

I remember a while back that there was someone on GiantITP with a guide to Dragons and what classes are optimal, what classes are better than others (using a color scale) etc., and I didn't get the chance to bookmark it. Is there anybody that knows where it is, or even anybody that knows what book(s) the classes designed for dragons (as PCs) are in?

There are two or three sources I can think of offhand for dragon classes in 3.5
Draconomicon was sort of a go-to-book for dragon stuff in third edition. I believe it introduced things like metabreath feats and classes for dragons.
Dragons of Eberron also had some interesting options for dragons but bear in mind that eberron didn't have hard alignments for dragons like a lot of other systems.
One of the bestiaries (3 or 4) had the Xorvintaal dragon template as well.
