Favored Soul Spell for a polymorph into human type effect

Are there any spells that a favored soul (aka the cleric spell list) that could turn the caster from a medium sized quadrupedal dragon into say a human/elf for a decent amount of time? Mostly just to get around the AAHHH its a monster when going into town type situations.

As far as I'm aware, there aren't. Lesser/Holy Transformation gets close. If you can pick up a domain, there's probably several that give alter self.
