Improving this cancer build

Hello guys, I was reading some of the build from Iron Chef Optimisation Chanlenge III which had Cancer Mage as secret ingredient. I found this wonderful build:

32 point buy maxing out wisdom.

I want ways for improving this build e.e Any idea???

Iron Chef builds do tend to maximise the number of levels of the featured PrC. So the only likely optimisation would be to reduce this factor — otherwise the build is likely to be solid. You could try reading the Judges comments on the build, they may have some pointers.
