Besides Education Feat, what ways can you gain extra class skill selections?

Able Learner+class dips (Factotum beats them all)

There is a small guide (http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?topic=6832.0) which should contain all the ways that allow you to treat certain skills as class skills.

It's important to note that having a class skill, and always having a class skill, are two different things. As long as a skill is on any list of class skills, the maximum number of ranks is your level + 3. However, that doesn't guarantee that it will cost a single skill point to raise a rank, if you multiclass. A Wizard1/Ranger1 could buy four ranks of Knowledge(Arcana) at one point each at first level. If he wanted to add another rank at second level, he'd be allowed to; but it would cost two skill points to raise a rank (since it's not on the Ranger skill list). That's one of the reasons Able Learner is such a good feat for multiclass characters - it's one point per rank no matter what, effectively giving you all skills as class skills forever if you have a single level of Factotum.

These feats will also give you class skills permanently.

Born Under a Setting Sun (Dragon 340): Concentration
City Slicker (Races of Destiny): Disguise, Forgery, Gather Information, Knowledge(Local)
Divine Inspiration (Dragon 330): Perform
Ecclesiarch (Eberron Campaign Setting): Gather Information, Knowledge(Local)
Hymnist (Dragon 325): Perform
Noble Born (Dragon 333): Diplomacy, Knowledge(Nobility)
Polyglot (Dragon 323): Speak Language
Recognized Leader (Dragon 334): Diplomacy, Knowledge(History)
Seafarer (Dragon 337): Profession(sailor) and Survival
Draconic Knowledge (Dragon Magic): All Knowledge skills

Cityscape has a few you can trade in for others. (i.e Ride for Tumble)

Most Handbooks for classes have a skills section and how to obtain different skills. Or at least some of the ones I've looked at in the past.

Also the Feat Guerilla Warrior from HoB lets you spend 1 skill point rather then 2 for a cross class skill for Move Silently and Hide.

General Classes from UA

Human Paragon

The rest have been nailed already.

Convince the DM to give you the class skills you want because you want to best portray the character concept, and not having these or those skill makes it more difficult to portray?

Heck, in my groups, we don't even HAVE class skills. Everything is a class skill. I've not yet had a problem with it. (Well, except for non-core skills, one guy in particular keeps trying to take Iajutsu Focus on every character)

The Martial Study feat (ToB) adds your chosen discipline's key skill as a class skill "for all of your classes (current and future)." It can be taken multiple times, and adds the key skill for any new discipline. Those skills include Balance, Concentration, Diplomacy, Hide, Intimidate, Jump, Sense Motive, and Tumble. (There are nine disciplines, but Balance pops up twice.)

So that's a rather ungainly way to get one of those as a class skill.

It's a lot better because you often get a useful ability as well as the skill.

Really, there are enough ways to do it that it's easiest to know what skill you're trying to get access to. Most skills are available somehow or another, but the methods vary.

Actually a single level in Factotum nets you all skills without even needing Able Learner.

http://www.d20srd.org/srd/classes/multiclass.htm

"Skills
If a skill is a class skill for any of a multiclass character’s classes, then character level determines a skill’s maximum rank. (The maximum rank for a class skill is 3 + character level.)"

Yes, but Able Learner means that the cost for a rank is always 1 point instead of 2.
