looking for Naruto homebrew (3.5 or Unisystem)

Does anyone know if some hombrew for the Naruto setting already exists? Ideally something with a class per clan/specialty, if d20-based. (We're familiar with D&D 3.5 and Pathfinder.)
I'm also VERY interested if anyone knows of some Unisystem homebrew.

I may be in a game where the DM is planning on homebrewing 4 or so clans as d20 classes (which will be the clans available to PCs), but if something good is already out there, that would save time and effort. Also, I'm leaning towards Unisystem (want to try it out since never played it), so if that already exists, extra good.

Any comments or critiques of the existent homebrew would be very welcome.

There is a complete Naruto d20 system going around somewhere on the net. It's huge, too, some eight or nine hundred pages, I think.
