Hitting touch AC

Besides touch spells and alike, what are some ways to hit touch AC?

As far as I know there is:

Wraithstrike (Sor/Wiz 2)
Spot the Weak Point (Skill Trick)
Weak Spot (Master Thrower 5)
Emerald Razor (Diamond Mind 2)

So... Any other feats, classes or whatever that grants said ability?

Blade of Pain and Fear is a spell that makes a Weapon-like effect that targets touch AC.
Warlock's Eldritch Blast is a ranged touch attack (Eldritch Glaive is a melee touch attack)
The acid necklace thingy from magic of incarnum is a ranged touch attack, can't remember the name.

The Impaling weapon property on piercing weapons lets you target touch AC 3/day.

Deep Impact, Fell Shot, and Unavoidable Strike.

All psionic feats, all gainable by a fighter, if he's willing to drop three feats. (two, if he's playing a naturally psionic race)

He just has to decide: Melee weapon, ranged weapon, unarmed strike?

Poison Ring (Dragon Compendium). Simple weapon that only does 1 damage, but any attack is a touch attack.

So... add sneak attack, skirmish, or Dragonfire Inspiration = Keanu: "Whoa."

And blurstrike makes them flat-footed for the first attack each round... these two could make some pretty nasty combos, it's basically 10+size+deflection
