Where can we go, with a pot and pan combo, as both a shield and bashing weapon?

Get yourself a small Mace, stylized as a frying pan. It's the ultimate weapon according to Tangled. If you feel like it, add flaming to it to grill your foes.

Wouldn't that fall under improvised weapon ruling?

Learn some Kung-Fu and get plastered for a better to hit rate

First thing I thought of looking at the title was Bianchi from Katekyo Hitman Reborn!.

Try googling her for battle chef inspiration!

Warrior of Darkness from BoVD? Refluff all of the elixirs and oils as dishes that you cook up and eat.

Which do you think is better, warrior of D or annoited knight?

Annointed Knight, if only because of the Ancestral Relic requirement. Some good flexability there.

Exemplar with Profession: Fry Cook could be silly. Makes me think Spongebob, weirdly, with his Spatula.

Anyway..

Expert (or human paragon) could get you Iaijustsu Focus, as an interpretation of doing butchery, using handaxes as cleavers.

Tridents. They're basically huge forks.

Quina from Final Fantasy IX comes to mind suddenly.

So what you do is build a guy who specializes in tridents. Yeah, I know, they're not great. Oh well. Get Willing Deformity (Obese). You don't need a DEX score where you're going.

Go for Dungeoncrasher with one very specific change: One level in specialist wizard. Specifically to get abjurant jaunt. Now we've got this guy who teleports above his enemies and rains down on them with his hugeness, stabbing them with his gigantic fork. Ranks in Profession (gourmet chef) or craft (gourmet meal) are a must. Drive that up as much as possible. Maybe even with an item familiar. We'll make it a huge bib, basically a Cloak of Resistance +2 worn backwards with some nice crossed forks on it. Maybe a lobster. Whatever.

Now then. This glutton, with dungeoncrasher, should probably be some kind of fire creature. Fire Elf comes to mind first, but maybe something else. For no reason other than flavor. So now you have this bright red guy in a bib with a giant fork who can suddenly be above you and crash you through walls yelling "Yummy! Yummy! Eat you all up!" (INT as a dump stat, obviously.) whose Item Familiar keeps feeding him recipes for random things.

...This was probably not what was intended.

Bite of the King is the best way to eat something in combat. Snatch Trophy could make for an interesting in combat snacking trick. Combine with a fire breath weapon to cook your treats. Eat it quickly.

Consider someone who does non-lethal damage. Are you trying to eat your enemies, or just dress like a chef?

This thread has inspired a one sessioner of civilians surviving in a city attacked by Thoonflayers. A striker Chef, a "medicine man" Adept, an inebriated Watchman, and a Taxadermist with Trophy Hunter for extra creepiness.
