Anyone else understand the Thriller reference in 413? I thought it was pretty obvious. I just want to state that it would be hilarious to see a huge panel of the siege... and then off in the corner there's a group of zombies dancing led by Redcloak (in his red robe/jacket) :smallsmile:

Yeah, somehow, I don't think that reference was exactly subtle. On te subtlety scale, it ranks a few degrees higher than the Final Fantasy III/VI strip.

I thought the reference was perfect, made me laugh, especially in light of my wife asking why the Night Elves in WOW danced the way they do...so I found the video and showed her. Now Rich makes a joke about it...just awesome.

Meh. Roy's references to Heavy Metal Covers or Michael Jackson aren't really my cup of tea(or Thog's with Celine Dion!). But nor do they irritate me(at height a more-amused-than-anything-else roll of the eyes), so I'm happy with them :smalltongue:

The Final Fantasy one I actually liked more, although - or because? - I've had zero contact with the whole Final Fantasy series. Wait, I've listened to the music, and read a review of FF VII, but that's about it. - Nice and crazy.

There are tons of zombie, hmm, spoofs to be done... why the foot not even this Thriller one if it happens to fit in funnily :smallamused:
