SPelltouched Feats

For the Prereqs for a Spelltouched feat it says "Exposure" to X spell, what constitues "Exposure"?

Seeing it cast or it's effect?

Casting it?

Being the target of it?

With the broadest definition of the word it could really mean all of those.

I don't know the RAW ruling, but i would rule it that you have to cast it or be a target of it.

Yeah that would be my ruling but I was hoping for where I could find the RAW on it if there is any.
