making resident evil 4 zombies(and monster )

what would be the best way to make the parasites from 4 and have all their functions. also, think it would awesome to have the monsters for my army of darkness.

You could use the spawn of Kyuss from Monster Manual 2, or the Thoon Thralls or the Mockery Drones from Monster Manual 5 to represent the Ganados from Resident Evil 4.

For a bunch of normal humans who turn out to be infested monsters, the Mockery Drones would be the most suitable in my opinion.

the problem with the mockeries is that the queen has to eat them...though we are in ball park. also, i looked at the thoon....might have something there
