Well, I want to build a one man NSA, who is extreme clever and know almost everything.
(don't have to be good at assassination)

any books will be open
in my first thought:
wizard(divination specialist)6/Paragnostic Apostle 5/fatespiner 5(why I get dis idea?)
but I notice it dosen't help to get knowledge skills(I want to get them A LOT).

Maybe an expert who choose every knowledge skills to class skill and give him a Hypercognition as a psi-like ability will be closer to what I want, but that can't playable, right?

p.s I might sleep until 6 pm (GTM -5) due to parallax

The self defeating problem with divination is that you need to be omniscient just to know which divination to prepare. That's where spontaneous divination (complete champion) comes in. So you don't have to pick which one to prepare. It still must be in your spell book per the errata so pick up lots of scrolls. Plus it means your prepared spells can instead be combat spells.

The second problem is that even if you have all the divinations they are very limited in what they can do. You can't simply know of all danger you might face ahead of time nor the solution to every problem like people keep claiming wizards do. Digging through spell compendium and all kinds of splatbooks to get a greater variety of divinations in your spellbook could partly overcome that. Be prepared to spend a lot on copying spells from NPCs or on scrolls.

Loremaster for lore checks, similar to bardic knowledge, is handy too. With your high int even 2 levels simply to get lore might be useful. And if you have a 24 or higher int, then you can get back one of the feats you paid to get in. Only 1 feat, skill focus, is a painful requirement. That only leaves the divination spells known requirement, which you'll easily meet anyway.

You could go for something like this:

Build: Bardic Sage (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/variantCharacterClasses.htm#bardVariantBardicSage) 4, 5 or 6 / Marshal (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ex/20030906b) 0 or 1 / Dragonfire Adept (https://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/ex/20060912a&page=2) 0 or 1 / Urban Savant 9 / Paragnostic Apostle 5
Race: Gnome
Highly recommended feat: Trivial Knowledge (Races of Stone)
Other Possible Feats: Obscure Lore (Complete Adventurer), Knowledge Devotion (Complete Champion), Master of Knowledge (Heroes of Horror), Draconic Aura (Dragon Magic), Draconic Knowledge (Dragon Magic), Breadth of Knowledge (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/buildingCharacters/spelltouchedFeats.htm#breadthofKnowledge)
Skill trick: Collector of Stories (Complete Scoundrel)

Urban Savant is from Cityscape and Paragnostic Apostle is from Complete Champion.
