Max Ranks for Monsters

Hey everyone, sorry if this has been asked before, but I couldn't find it in the SRD and am away from my books.

What is the maximum ranks in skills for monsters (or characters with racial HD)?

The class skills for racial hit dice are the ones that their type gets as well as any that the monster gets a racial bonus to. IIRC.
The maximum ranks for class skills are total hit dice +3 and half that for cross-class skills.
