Well, Battlefront Leader triggers a shift when you roll initiative. Staff of the Traveler turns that into a teleport. Using an Incisive Dagger, Improved Battlefront Shift+Shift the Field, and Hellfire Teleport, which replicates Arcane Slashing, this five-man Genasi team is going to teleport in, teleport out, and completely burn everything before they have a chance to act.
If the enemy is still alive, they'll use their Boots of Caiphon to apply another series of burns that should keep damaging their enemies due to the invisible group of burners that is teleporting around them.
For the nova, one sacrifices a burn for vulnerability-slapping so every burn will end up dealing twice as much damage.
In short, it's pretty crazy and I think hilarious to an extent.

They roll initiative. One of them use Battlefront Shift and gets everyone into position. The next four use it to teleport people around, making everyone invisible and damaging the enemy.
They then proceed to repeat it with Reorient the Axis and Boots of Caiphon for another beatdown round.
NOTE: This is a sketch and can be improved, which it probably will be later on.
