Psion [minor variant]

Ok, so in an upcomming world I may DM eventually, I plan to have only 3 "caster" classes: the spell casting mage for arcane magic, the soul melding diving chanelling cleric (to be posted), and the power manifesting psion.

This will be a low magic, high power campaign.

The psions power list will include all psychic warrior powers. The psion manifests them at the lowest power level.

The psion manifests powers based off his Charisma. Save DC's, bonus power points per day, etc. come off the psions charisma score.

In my world, the psion will begin manifesting 10th level powers (if I can think of anything) at level 19, making him qulify for epicness (wich I will be subsuming into simply "higher prereq" stuff)

Is there any really big alarms going off for anyone? All the classes are getting a bit of a boost to allow for fewer magic items.
