What are some good non-supernatural martial disciplines? Anything after lvl 6 manuvers is unavailable.

Depends what you want to do.

Iron Heart is worth it just for Iron Heart Surge
White Raven ditto for White Raven Tactics.
Stone Dragon has Mountain Hammer, which lets you punch through adamantine at level 3.
Diamond Mind is just all-around good.
Devoted Spirit lets you heal yourself and others.

Thanx for suggestions specifically I'm building a bellator(mythos class by xefas)
and plan on mastering everything but the home brew list is huge so I'm looking for start points of things not to miss.
