If anyone has any inclination to continue that project, I did a lot of the legwork in that thread, and I remember one glaring omission was the "classes of legend" series, which I was generally impressed with as far as off-the-beaten-path publishers go. I wanted to put the rest in, but had trouble actually digging up those sourcebooks.
