How broken would it be to homebrew a feat which let you use adaptive style as a standard, or maybe even a move action?

Also, is there already a legit way to speed up adaptive style (barring belt of battle)

As a standard action not broken at all. You might want to add the warblade ruling of not allowing maneuvers to be used the round they are recovered/changed. Then it would even be fine to allow it as a move action since you can't use the standard action to use them ... but you could attack or cast a spell.

Maybe you could find a more intertwine way for if you really want to homebrew one. Maybe allow the player to give up attacks for it. Like they can adaptive style one maneuver per attack give up or something. Would make it more interesting and bring in some decisionmaking.

There is no legit way to speed it up. You need a full round action so everything that gives you one of those also speeds up the process.
