Anyone who is familiar with the work of Garth Ennis would have surely heard of The Boys, a comic series that is just getting started, involving a group of government operatives who's job it is to keep superhero's in line. Provides some amazing insights on the whole "Absolute power corrupts absolutely" mantra.

Unfortunately it was cut short as of Issue 7# due to it's offensive nature (Or as I say... that's offensoriffic!) and Issue 8# won't be out for some time.

Was anyone else following it?

Yes. I thought it started out poorly, but was getting really good. I was - and am - expecting great things from the Ennis/Robertson team.
