Sporting 4 second winds that generate 58 THP to him or 61 THP to his allies as a free action, giving himself 28 THP or giving his allies 31 THP whenever he activates his Aegis, and whenever he hits, he generates 8 THP to himself or 11 THP to his allies.

That's a lot of THP.

On top of that, he also has Resist All 5 and can give DR 28 to an ally whenever he feels like.

In short, even if enemies hit your allies or you, their damage is probably going to be reduced to very little.

Just a question, isn't a lot of the THP just going to be thrown away because it doesn't stack?

I'm relatively unfamiliar with epic trickery, can you explicate where all of those temps come from so that I'm not looking up literally every piece of your build looking for it?

THP through hitting: Deva Heritage+Radiant Recovery+Radiant Weapon--> +Con mod whenever hits with a Radiant attacks (aka all attacks).

Second Winds: Epic Recovery+Armor of Enduring Health-->+2 Second Winds; Inhexaustible Resources-->THP instead of HP when Second Wind; Stoneheart Warrior-->Second Wind as a Free Action.

THP when Aegis happens: Baldric of Shielding, twice per round with Rapid Aegis Reaction.

Resist 5 all: Ring of Free Time.

So, basically, whenever a marked enemy hits an ally adjacent to you, you make an MBA that deals Radiant damage to him (Sigil Carver L16 feature). That MBA gives you your Con Mod in THP, which you can give to an ally using your Shield of the Fellowship.

If you have a feat or two to fit in (such as a game with free Expertise and Improved Defenses), you can take Deft Blade (switch to a Rapier, BTW) and Shield of Hestavar for making you more accurate and giving resist all 6 to your adjacent allies.

Also, yes, some THP will be lost.

I prefer THP to be lost (especially one that you can generate forever) than HP to be lost.
