building characters from X-men: Days of Future Past

Just saw Days of Futures Past last night. The scenes with quicksilver were awesome. and i really liked Blink's powers too. Ive seen posts about the more traditional x-men builds on the forum, but I am curios how the Playground would handle these two. Quicksilver would need repeated access to TimeStop spell, maybe. And Blink would need a bunch of readied teleport spells .... But would need to be able to be cast it on others with range... Any ideas?

Jaunter provides access to a lot of teleport.
There was a wolverine build a while back: feral half-troll something something to get a ton of regeneration

Juanter is homebrew, no? I guess I never specified, but if the solutions could be restrained to WotC publications, that would be preferable... I don't have a DM that will allow homebrew for Classes.
