Ok, the Incantatrix can apply a metamagic feat onto a spell after it is cast, as long as it has a duration longer than instant. Now, the metamagic feats i have are Twinned and Repeat, so if i put Repeat on say Vortex of Teeth after i cast it, would another one show up next round? What about Twinned?
