1. Can i use Quick cast and after this use charge in 1 turn ?
2. Can i use Arcane channeling with charge ?
3. If i have BAB +6/+1 can i use Arcane channeling on 1 attack and after this attack second time in 1 turn ?

Quick Cast is a swift action - so yes.

2. Can i use Arcane channeling with charge ?
No - Arcane Channeling is a standard action and charge is a full-round action, except if you arcane channel one round, then do not hit or cast another spell subsequently you can "hold the charge" and charge with an arcane channel added to the attack in a subsequent round.

No - as for charge, a full attack is a full round action and incompatible with a standard action.
At 13th level (so BAB +13 not 6) this becomes a "yes".

Yes. Since each round you get a move, standard, and swift, or a full-round and swift, so long as you haven't used an immediate action between your last turn and this one, you can use it anytime within your turn.
